• Make sure house is sparkle clean
• Reduce all areas of clutter-put away shoes, mail, loose papers
• Lock up or remove any valuables such as jewelry, expensive items
• Removed pets and their food, toys, gear from premises
• Sweep all pathways and patios
• Clean up landscaping and water all plants in your font and backyard
• Close your garage door
• Removed excess vehicles from driveway or store them in garage
• Turn off sprinkler or watering system
• Check to ensure all lights bulbs are working
• Turn off all TV’s
• Set thermostat to a comfortable temperature
• Light candles or purchase reed diffussers/air fresheners in basic
  scents
• Get a detail plan from your agent on logistics of the day
